Maybe what's odd is just the spelling of seafoodhouse as a single word? As a phrasal search term, I get 395K ghits for {seafood-house} and 384K for {"seafood house"}. (Though google also gives about 12M hits for steakhouse and a mere 1.4 M for "steak house"). Anyway, my guess is that Seafoodhouse and Seafood House are homophonous in every respect including stress.
